EMPANADA DISC CUTTING MACHINE

This super compact machine was designed at the request of our small entrepreneurs for the need to automate their production.
It is built in stainless steel with a white painted iron base (epoxy treatment).
Its system of cutting by surgical scalpels guarantees a perfect cut and an ideal volume of the product, giving it a visual and unmatched conformation.
Automatically separates the film and the scrap. It has a 400mm-wide entrance gauge-laminator that precisely regulates the final thickness of the disk and the flow of the mass, achieving an always uniform product. Their cutting heads, easily interchangeable, allow to make any measurement of discs from 80mm to 380mm.
It is completely electromechanical and only requires a three-phase outlet to operate, therefore, it does not require specialized labor.
