Great amounts of flour are wasted on dusting when manufacturing fresh pasta and empanada discs and in the dough sheeting and cutting processes. Generally, much of this flour ends up on the floor, in the air, inside electrical boards and mechanisms and in the workers' respiratory tract.

We have developed the H-15 automatic flour duster, which sprinkles flour over the dough sheets in a constant and uniform manner without wasting products or putting anything at risk.

We sell it either fixed to the cutting machines or with adjustable feet to adapt it to different pieces of equipment.

  • The flow of flour can be regulated electronically. It uses only 30% of the amount of flour generally required.
