The new range of flow pack-type packers inspired us to create the new ESA-150, which is ideal for a range of products of different sizes: empanada discs, milanesas (breaded steaks), meat patties, alfajores (sandwich cookies), sandwiches, wallets and many other products. This packaging makes the items have a high visual impact, essential for any kind of business.

We have surpassed any other existing alternative equipment. With this project, we managed to create a simple, robust and made-to-order machine.

The speed of the ESA-150 is adjusted through electronic speed controllers that enable it to pack up to 60 units per minute, making it one of the fastest machines in the segment, depending on the behavior of each product. In addition, it is equipped with a first-class centering device for printing by means of electronic photocells, essential for stamping manufacture and expiration dates, lot numbers, etc., on packages.

This packing machine is an entirely electromechanical unit. Its heads can be easily interchanged in less than a minute to adapt to the different product sizes. Its most outstanding characteristic is that all the geared motors are connected directly to the shafts, thus avoiding the use of chains, lubricants, pinions, etc.
