We have developed a dough sheeting module, the MLC-215, for continuous dough sheeting processes. It is an entirely electromechanical unit with adjustable high-precision rollers that reduce the dough thickness in a progressive and lineal way. They can be combined forming a "sheeting line" connected through conveyor belts and coordinated electronically.

These rollers have been designed to work automatically, giving as a result a large dough production with a minimum intervention from the workers. Thanks to their synchronized system, adjusting the speed of the conveyor belts and rollers is also done automatically. The module can be used in different processes and for products, such as puff pastry or regular dough.

These modules can be combined with our P-50 press, which is also an entirely electromechanical unit. It can prepare 500 mm wide and 700 mm long "dough sheets" of different thickness. After the mixer or kneading machine finishes preparing the dough mixture, put this over the press surface. Push the start button, take that dough sheet out of the press and then put it over the entrance conveyor belt of the first sheeting module. A few minutes later and without any interruptions, a continuous dough sheet with perfect finish and texture will be ready to be cut by our dough cutting machines with or without separating plastic sheet, or by any other cutting machine available in the market.
